About This Program

Are you responsible for ethics and compliance within your organization? Would you like to instill an ethical culture in your company and equip your talent with the skills needed to navigate the gray areas when they arise? This unique certification offers you an overview of best practices in ethics and compliance, so that you can understand, integrate and manage these dimensions. All Certification in Ethics and Compliance program participants who complete the required number of training days and pass the final exam will be awarded the CEC professional designation, approved by the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. They can then include these initials after their signature and in their online profile to indicate that they have met the corresponding certification requirements.

Why HEC Montreal?

HEC Montréal sits at a rare intersection: it is the oldest business school in Canada, yet it consistently punches above its weight on the international stage — ranked among the world's best and operating entirely across two languages in one of North America's most culturally distinct cities. For executives who want rigorous, research-grounded learning without the brand inflation of some Anglo-Saxon institutions, this is a serious alternative.
