Terms of Service
Conditions for using the Gradia Platform as a Student or Visitor.
Version 1.1 — Last Updated: 2026
1. Scope and Provider
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, applications, and services provided by Gradia ("Provider", "we", "us").
Provider Details:
Glojenbarg 33, 22848 Norderstedt
Managing Director: Tobias Plewka
2. Services & Contract
- Platform Service: Gradia is an information and mediation platform. We provide an overview of executive education programs and facilitate contact between you ("User", "Student") and education providers ("Schools").
- Free Usage: The use of the platform and the creation of a user account are currently free of charge for students.
- No Course Contract: We do NOT organize or conduct the courses ourselves. Any contract regarding a course participation is concluded directly and exclusively between you and the respective School.
3. AI Course Advisor
We offer an AI Course Advisor that answers questions and suggests programs. It is powered by a large language model, and the following applies to it in addition to the terms above.
- It can be wrong. AI-generated answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, even when they read confidently. Always verify prices, dates, admission requirements, and any other detail that matters to your decision against the school's own information before acting on it. Where the advisor shows a course card or links to a program page, the underlying catalogue data prevails over anything written in the chat.
- It is not professional advice. The advisor is a discovery tool, not career, financial, immigration, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or from the school itself. Deciding whether a program is right for you remains your decision.
- No guaranteed outcome. A suggestion from the advisor is not an offer, an admission decision, a reservation, or any indication that a school will accept you. Section 2 applies unchanged: any course contract is between you and the School.
- What you type is processed by a third party. Your messages are sent to an external model provider to generate a reply. Please do not enter sensitive personal data, confidential information belonging to your employer, or other people's personal data. How this works, who receives it, and the fact that it is not used to train AI models are set out in our Privacy Policy.
- Fair use. The advisor is provided free of charge and is rate-limited. Do not use it for automated querying, scraping, resale, or to generate content unrelated to executive education, and do not attempt to manipulate it into producing such content.
4. User Accounts
- Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- One Account: You may only register one personal account. Automated account creation is prohibited.
5. User Content & Conduct
If you send messages to Schools via our platform, you agree to:
- Provide truthful non-misleading information.
- Refrain from sending spam, advertising, or offensive content.
We reserve the right to block messages or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in case of breach of a material contractual obligation.
Disclaimer: Gradia assumes no liability for the content, correctness, or quality of the courses offered by the Schools, nor for the successful admission to any program.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us or using the deletion function in your profile settings (if available). We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without cause.
8. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, Norderstedt.
