About This Program

This programme aims to provide the participants with an in-depth domain knowledge of the investment banking industry and global capital markets. The programme modules span across a wide range of topics including debt and equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, portfolio fund management, securities market research and valuation, sales and trading, and securities regulations. The course curriculum is designed to equip the participants with conceptual knowledge and sound understanding of the framework and foundations that are expected from a successful professional in the investment banking and capital market sector. The duration of the programme is one year and consists of two Foundation Modules and Seven Advanced Modules. A three-day intensive workshop will be conducted at IIM Calcutta campus at the first quarter of the course followed by another three days of workshop during the advanced module stage or at the end of the programme. The programme will be delivered online in the D2D mode, once a week, as per the mentioned schedule and with the help of case studies, experience-sharing and best practices.
