    About This Program

For business leaders, managers and executives to drive organisational success, they must have a robust financial understanding. Finance is a crucial component that helps professionals understand how an organisation operates. This requires a commercially minded approach to participate in financial discussions and decision-making. The Introduction to Financial Management online courses are designed to help you develop a clearer understanding of the financial management principles within business. You’ll explore different legal forms a business can take, how this affects the way business is managed, gain an understanding of how the financial market functions to enable businesses to access finance, and enhance your skills to evaluate the financial performance and important decisions within a business.

    Why Cranfield School of Management?

Cranfield is one of the few business schools in the world that operates entirely at postgraduate level, with no undergraduates on campus — which means the faculty, the facilities, and the culture are built exclusively around people who already have careers, not people who are just beginning them. Its location on an active aerospace and technology campus in Bedfordshire gives it an intellectual atmosphere you simply won't find in a city-centre school, and its executive education programmes carry a reputation for rigorous, application-focused learning that has been earned over decades, not manufactured for a ranking.
