About This Program

This program offers healthcare leaders a realistic team-based exercise to tackle executive challenges and strategic decision-making. Developed in partnership with Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, this course strengthens managerial skills through simulations covering mission vision, service mix, capacity, quality, patient/payer mix, marketing, staffing, finances, telehealth, and community initiatives. To gain practical skills and learn to use data for strategic decisions, manage healthcare crises with strategic decision-making in real-case scenarios, interacting with top educators from the US and Europe.

Why SDA Bocconi School of Management?

SDA Bocconi has spent decades building a reputation as continental Europe's most rigorous bridge between academic research and the boardrooms of global corporations — without the Anglo-American filter that shapes so many rival programs. If you want to lead in European, Mediterranean, or emerging-market contexts with genuine analytical depth, this is where serious executives come.
