About This Program

Executives are called now more than ever to make decisions navigating an environment that is highly complex and uncertain. Context awareness, complex thinking abilities and the courage to make decisions finding the right balance between short and long term focus ensuring for environmental, social and governance sustainability, are key. Moreover, the transition into an executive role translates into higher responsibilities, increased job complexity and a growing number of stakeholders to relate with, which call for innovative approaches to management and leadership along with a comprehensive understanding of the political, social, economic and technological challenges. The Senior Management Program aims to shift perspectives and broaden horizons for those at the peak of their careers. It helps senior managers anticipate and adapt to changes by learning to interpret the business context and its impact. Participants will identify gaps in their focus, exploring both micro and macro aspects of their business that are often overlooked. You will learn from two leading European management schools, SDA Bocconi and ESMT, and benefit from an international network.

Why SDA Bocconi School of Management?
