About This Program

In this programme, we develop frameworks and models to deliver supply chain excellence in order to enhance the competitiveness of firms. The key objectives are to enable managers to design agile and resilient supply chains. This programme is focused on issues such as supply chain coordination, capabilities design, and impact of technology disruptions like AI for creating value. Managerial decision-making through analytical models and several optimization tools would be used in several areas of supply chain. Wide variety of real-life examples across industries would be used to develop and validate the decision-making frameworks. The objectives of the Programme are to equip managers and practitioners with the concept and practices of SCM, which will help them deliver corporate success through more efficient coordination with their suppliers and customers. The programme has been designed to suit the requirements of managers involved in SCM operational activities like procurement, production planning, logistics planning, sales and distribution planning, and strategic activities like vendor selection and management, SCM network optimization, and product/process re-design for SCM.
