About This Program

Generative artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly becoming embedded in organizations. Yet as its applications multiply, the risks often evolve faster than our ability to manage and regulate them. This panel aims to open the discussion around these still largely undefined grey areas. Through complementary perspectives, the speakers will shed light on emerging risks related to generative AI, as well as the blind spots that traditional risk management mechanisms often fail to address. The discussion will also explore ethical best practices organizations should implement, including internal policies, governance frameworks, employee awareness initiatives, and the role of boards of directors in overseeing these increasingly unavoidable issues. As spaces are limited, we encourage you to register now. Registrations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis until full capacity is reached.

Why HEC Montreal?

HEC Montréal sits at a rare intersection: it is the oldest business school in Canada, yet it consistently punches above its weight on the international stage — ranked among the world's best and operating entirely across two languages in one of North America's most culturally distinct cities. For executives who want rigorous, research-grounded learning without the brand inflation of some Anglo-Saxon institutions, this is a serious alternative.
