    About This Program

Effective supply chain management is central to organizational performance, resilience, and competitiveness. As global networks become more interconnected and volatile, leaders need a clear understanding of how supply chains create value, how key flows operate, and how strategic decisions influence cost, efficiency, and customer service. Today’s supply chains are shaped by shifting demand, advancing technologies, transport constraints, and increasing sustainability expectations, requiring professionals who can navigate complexity with confidence. This online course is designed for managers and professionals who want to strengthen their understanding of supply chain strategy and operations. Participants will explore procurement, logistics, warehousing, and network design, learning to evaluate and improve supply chain performance. Through practical frameworks, case studies, and applied activities, the course builds the ability to analyze supply chain structures, make informed decisions, and design more effective, resilient supply chains across diverse contexts. The program offers two options: a two-module option (Bronze and Silver) and a three-module option (Bronze, Silver, and Gold). The Bronze and Silver modules provide foundational knowledge and explore fundamental principles of the subject, with learners accessing online materials independently. The Gold module, included in the three-module option, consists of two days (five hours per day) of live online interactive workshops led by Cranfield faculty. This module offers an opportunity to explore the subject in more detail and apply learning within the context of one's own organization.

    Why Cranfield School of Management?

Cranfield is one of the few business schools in the world that operates entirely at postgraduate level, with no undergraduates on campus β€” which means the faculty, the facilities, and the culture are built exclusively around people who already have careers, not people who are just beginning them. Its location on an active aerospace and technology campus in Bedfordshire gives it an intellectual atmosphere you simply won't find in a city-centre school, and its executive education programmes carry a reputation for rigorous, application-focused learning that has been earned over decades, not manufactured for a ranking.
