About This Program

This faculty-led intensive program offers a highly engaging, active learning environment designed to develop practical, personalized, and actionable negotiation skills for business professionals. Participants will join in person on ASU’s Tempe campus to acquire immediately applicable negotiation skills, tailored through research-based personal assessments, reflection, and practice. These skills are particularly useful for professionals who manage staff, interact with vendors and leaders, negotiate contracts, and support customers. The program is currently available only as a custom offering; interested parties should contact the Executive Education team for more information. Throughout the course, participants will receive extensive personalized feedback and engage in multiple negotiation role plays to accelerate the development of negotiation confidence. They will build their negotiation skills and understanding by applying relevant research to real-world examples, utilizing personal assessments and reflection. Learning is enhanced by negotiation simulations.
