    About This Program

Join us at Melbourne Business School for a two-day immersive and hands-on short course that will empower you with the preparation, mindset, and strategies that achieve mutually beneficial agreements and sustain healthy working relationships. Through increased emotional intelligence, attentive listening, and strategic thinking, you will be equipped to tackle a wide range of interpersonal scenarios in various contexts. This course will provide you with practical tools and an opportunity to workshop them within an intimate cohort of accomplished professionals. The program is facilitated by Chyonne Kreltszheim, who leverages her 20-plus years of experience as a lawyer, facilitator and coach to deliver engaging, thought-provoking and practical workshops that develop real skills. Chyonne was previously the CEO of an established negotiation training business with historical ties to the Harvard Negotiation Project. She delivers training in negotiation, influencing, conflict resolution, and leadership to corporate, public and not-for-profit clients across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. This is a non-residential program. The program fee covers tuition, learning materials and meals during the workshop.
