    About This Program

This module focuses on turning regulation and stakeholder expectations into drivers of profitable and resilient growth. Participants gain a clear understanding of the European and Swiss regulatory landscape including CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy and ESRS and learn how to translate regulatory obligations into strategic priorities rather than compliance burdens. Through expert input, practitioner insights, and applied group work, the module explores how double materiality and sustainability reporting can be embedded into effective governance structures, decision-making processes, and performance management systems. Participants develop robust, audit-ready strategies and KPIs that enhance organisational performance while meeting the expectations of regulators, investors, and other key stakeholders. While available as a standalone seminar, it is part of Module 2 of the CAS Leading Sustainable Business Innovation and can be credited toward the program.

    Why University of St. Gallen?

HSG's executive programs are built around a single architectural idea: context-integrated learning, where economics, law, social sciences, and management are taught as a unified system rather than separate disciplines. That interdisciplinary structure, embedded in the school since its founding, produces graduates who reason across functions in a way that single-discipline business schools rarely match. For senior professionals who need to think across organizational silos, that is a concrete structural advantage.
