    This postgraduate course allows you to identify and develop skills in the area of management, discuss gaps in the organization and health services. Participants will aim to know how to evaluate and develop flexible strategies to ensure more effective health policies. The program also allows you to build skills and ways to respond to the new forces in the marketplace. In addition, it addresses methods of payment and value creation for the patient by introducing and building more efficient processes and improving coordination of teams and services. The aim is also to contribute to the creation of a new generation of health managers capable of stimulating and improving value and innovation over time. Postgraduate program taught in English.
