About This Program

Sources of Competitive Advantage (MGT 588) will introduce you to the fundamentals of competitive advantage, including how firms use a variety of resources to pursue goals and respond to dynamic and complex environments. Examining how top leaders seek to outperform their competitors, this course will employ multiple frameworks for deciding strategic actions while introducing the challenges that accompany strategic decisions.
