    About This Program

This Branding Boot Camp is structured as a four-day, three-night immersive program to help participants chart a clear path for their companies’ branding efforts. Each of the five to six selected companies will assemble a branding project team consisting of no more than six executives. Guided by CEIBS professors, these project teams will immerse themselves in real cases from their own organisations, combing through brand positioning, user analysis, digital marketing, and brand assets. This collaborative effort aims to develop a comprehensive and systematic brand strategy aligned with the company’s development stage. These teams are encouraged to engage in brainstorming and peer learning sessions to spark creative ideas and build consensus around action plans. The program addresses common branding dilemmas, such as initiating branding efforts for companies with strong sales, consolidating existing brand assets, transforming legacy brands for the digital age, expanding into new markets without diluting the brand, fostering synergy between sub-brands, and enhancing brand strength despite strong supply chain and manufacturing capabilities.

Why China Europe International Business School?

CEIBS occupies a position no other business school can replicate: it sits at the intersection of China's economy and global management thinking, co-founded by the Chinese government and the European Union precisely to bridge those two worlds. For senior executives who need to understand how business actually operates inside China β€” not the textbook version β€” this is where that education happens with genuine authority.
