    About This Program

The Oxford Emerging Leaders Programme is a 13-week leadership development experience for high-performing functional and cross-functional leaders who are expanding their strategic influence. It is designed to support the transition from operational excellence to enterprise contribution, strengthening executive presence, judgement, stakeholder influence and disciplined execution. The programme is offered in two pathways. The online pathway delivers the full 13-week experience through weekly live, faculty-led sessions and on-demand in a fully online format, combining structured learning with practical to real organisational challenges. The blended pathway includes the complete online programme and is followed by a three-day Oxford immersion and two post-programme live sessions. This in-person component provides structured challenge, applied simulation and live feedback, enabling participants to test and refine their thinking in an executive setting. Both pathways provide a rigorous and applied leadership development journey, equipping emerging leaders to contribute with greater clarity, credibility and impact at enterprise level. Book a call

    Why Oxford Saïd Business School?

Oxford's business school carries something no rival can replicate: a university founded in 1096 sitting behind every certificate. But Saïd is not simply trading on inherited prestige — its executive programs are deliberately designed around the idea that the most pressing organisational challenges are inseparable from broader societal ones, and the faculty and curriculum reflect that in unusually concrete ways.
