    About This Program

In today's competitive landscape, an organisation's success hinges on its talented workforce. This course is designed to equip you with the knowledge and tools to measure and enhance the human capital within your organisation. In two days, we will introduce you to a diverse set of tools to facilitate your Perception (i.e. what is happening among people in the organisation now); Prediction (i.e. what is likely to happen in the future, based on sophisticated extrapolation of past data); and Prototyping (i.e. what is likely to work based on pilot tests). Throughout this immersive two-day course, you will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge analytic tools and methodologies. By adopting a data-driven approach to HR practices, you will be empowered to make informed decisions and optimise your organisation's HR policies. Key Learning Outcomes: Be able to assess critically the evidence or evidence-like statements you encounter relevant to "people" problems; understand analytical techniques most appropriate for deriving valid HR insights; be able to prioritise which organisational designs or HR interventions (e.g. managing tools, team designs etc.) could be more effective.
