    About This Program

Gain insight into the project management processes that forms the backbone of the Project Management Institute's (PMI) recommended practices. Using a worked example to illustrate project management in practice, you will follow the life of the project from its initial conceptualization through to its eventual closing. This course features a sample case study and participants have access to a full set of completed documents that illustrate the documents a Project Manager creates. This course involves working collaboratively in teams, where you'll share ideas and complete group assignments together. Dates and times for live webinars vary and are recorded if you are unable to attend at the designated time.
