    About This Program

This program equips HR leaders and people managers with the practical knowledge and tools to apply AI for talent management and to shape organisational structure. The programme begins with clear, non-technical grounding in AI and machine learning for executives and rapidly moves to applied topics: identifying high impact AI use cases for talent management and organisational strategy, hands on introductions to R and/or Python, and workshops that surface use cases you can pilot in your organisation. Participants will also explore generative AI tools for HR tasks and practice translating people data into actionable insights through project work and staged assessments. Equally important is the course focus on governance and people implications: sessions on ethical and privacy considerations, AI driven leadership and decision making, and case discussions such as "Trusting the AI vs. Your Gut". By the end of the programme you will have developed a project plan, presented mid project and final deliverables, and gained a practical framework to design pilots that improve prediction, personalise development, and inform data driven organisational design.
