    About This Program

Leadership competencies are important because the success of a company and its ability to maintain its competitive edge depends fundamentally on the talent of its people. Discover how to improve your leadership skills, identifying your strengths and weaknesses and empowering the individuals and teams in your organization to reach their full potential.

    Why IESE Business School?

IESE has spent more than six decades shaping general managers who lead with both analytical rigor and a clear sense of purpose — a combination that is rarer than most schools admit. Its case-method heritage, inherited directly from Harvard Business School and then indigenised through decades of European and global experience, produces executives who can hold a room and a spreadsheet with equal confidence. For senior professionals who want depth of reflection alongside peer challenge, IESE's Barcelona campus offers an environment that is genuinely difficult to replicate.
