    About This Program

Rapid technological development, increased global uncertainty, changes in guest behavior, and challenges in recruitment and talent management are all imposing new demands on leadership in the hospitality sector. Building profitable and stable organizations in a changing world requires managers to have the tools needed to interpret these changes, to identify opportunities at an early stage, and to act proactively, in a commercially sound and strategic way. The Hospitality Leadership Program has been designed in close cooperation with industry representatives and Visita, and combines experience and insights with research and practical tools. The goal of the program is to elevate your strategic leadership skills, your ability to grow your operations, and to lead change. The program comprises 12 full course days divided into four sessions (modules). Lectures and theory are interwoven with case studies, workshops and discussions throughout the program.
