    About This Program

Organization, teams and leadership is a management program that enriches your understanding of how organizations and teams work - and can be structured for different ends. The program expands your knowledge of how organizations can be optimally formalized and structured and how you, as a leader, can motivate and develop employees and colleagues, manage power dynamics and organizational politics, and build and change organizational cultures and core values. The program gives you an enhanced understanding of how you can drive collaboration to produce results. You will go away with tools that will empower you in your role and heighten your ability to lead employees and successful teams, and to drive your organization forwards efficiently. The program gives you an holistic perspective on organizations and leadership, with in-depth examinations of focal areas that will empower you in your day-to-day work. You will gain new perspectives and insights, and tools that can be translated directly into practice. Upon completion of the program, you will have: enhanced your ability to drive projects, teams, and organizational activities and processes forward; developed greater self-confidence in your role as a leader, manager, and employee, and be better equipped to handle uncertainty and unplanned events; improved your ability to view your organization (and yourself) from different perspectives in order to identify new courses of action and opportunities.
