    About This Program

This two-day residential course helps managers enhance their personal presence and communication skills. Participants will learn to use various tactics to engage and influence others effectively in different settings. The program focuses on developing authentic personal impact, communicating messages with clarity, and maintaining confidence in high-pressure situations. Through roleplaying leadership challenges, participants gain self-awareness of their verbal and physical presence, identifying strengths and areas for improvement to present themselves with heightened credibility. Peer-to-peer co-coaching provides constructive feedback, fostering greater influence across the organization. The course also covers goal setting and action planning to develop clear intentions for successful communication in meetings, presentations, and critical conversations. A personal, goal-oriented Action Focus Plan is developed to sustain learning beyond the program.

    Why Cranfield School of Management?

Cranfield is one of the few business schools in the world that operates entirely at postgraduate level, with no undergraduates on campus — which means the faculty, the facilities, and the culture are built exclusively around people who already have careers, not people who are just beginning them. Its location on an active aerospace and technology campus in Bedfordshire gives it an intellectual atmosphere you simply won't find in a city-centre school, and its executive education programmes carry a reputation for rigorous, application-focused learning that has been earned over decades, not manufactured for a ranking.
