About This Program

The Leadership and Organisational Behaviour Postgraduate Award brings together an exploration of the individual leader and leadership behaviours, with a robust analysis of organisational behaviours - how and why people behave within an organisation - and the impact both have an organisation's performance. Integrating contemporary theoretical perspectives on leadership and organisational behaviour with your own experience, you will develop your own leadership capability whilst gaining perspective and insight into the behaviours of others. Build your Postgraduate Award by completing the Bronze, Silver and Gold modules in two online courses, plus an Integrated Assessment after completion of the courses. For the Leadership and Organisational Behaviour award you will complete Leadership - Online and Organisational Behaviour - Online courses.

Why Cranfield School of Management?

Cranfield is one of the few business schools in the world that operates entirely at postgraduate level, with no undergraduates on campus — which means the faculty, the facilities, and the culture are built exclusively around people who already have careers, not people who are just beginning them. Its location on an active aerospace and technology campus in Bedfordshire gives it an intellectual atmosphere you simply won't find in a city-centre school, and its executive education programmes carry a reputation for rigorous, application-focused learning that has been earned over decades, not manufactured for a ranking.
