    About This Program

Leadership Deep Dive™ is an intensive leadership development experience for professionals ready to evolve into more strategic, emotionally intelligent, and people-centered leaders. Grounded in the research that made Weatherhead a global leader in emotional intelligence and coaching for intentional change, this program helps participants gain deep self-awareness, sharpen their leadership vision, and expand their impact. If you're ready to break through to your next level of leadership, this is your opportunity. Leadership Deep Dive™ is built on the understanding that self-awareness alone isn't enough - outstanding leaders must also recognize how their behavior influences others and shapes team dynamics. This program blends emotional intelligence, coaching methodology, and organizational behavior research to help participants become more intentional and effective in how they lead individuals, teams, and cross-functional groups. You'll leave with a sharper understanding of interpersonal and team dynamics - and the tools to improve performance, collaboration, and long-term organizational impact. This program is delivered by respected Weatherhead Executive Education faculty - seasoned educators and researchers with decades of experience in emotional intelligence, coaching, organizational behavior, and executive leadership. They translate deep scholarship into practical insight, guiding you through the personal and professional dimensions of effective leadership. A cornerstone of LDD is your relationship with a dedicated executive coach. You will be matched with a Weatherhead Coach, trained in emotional intelligence, behavioral change, and organizational leadership who guides your growth journey from start to finish. You'll also receive a 360° Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) assessment, providing evidence-based insight into how you show up as a leader - and how to evolve.
