About This Program

Sprint is an online and live interactive working session with top university faculty to address your organization’s need to upgrade, fix, or design your service offerings and processes. The program format includes problem identification, class meetings, tools application, and coaching sessions. Participants will target a specific service challenge prior to the program and work on it throughout the Sprint. You will meet with faculty, team, and classmates live on Zoom for two hours daily, Monday through Friday, including fast-paced large and small group sessions to learn service design concepts and skills. Structured networking time with participants outside of your company will provide new insights into your service challenges. Outside of class time, you will work through implementation questions to apply the learned tools to your service challenge. All teams will have scheduled sessions with an Executive Coach for input and problem-solving. Each company attending will receive five free spots for the online Blueprinting class to help utilize the tool with their team after the class. For more details on how to prepare and program expectations, click here for information on “How to Prepare” for Sprint. Upon completing the course, you will earn a professional certificate and a digital badge from the top-ranking W. P. Carey School of Business, which you can display on your LinkedIn, signature line, or social media to showcase your advanced abilities in service design, process, innovation, and leadership.
