About This Program

The Michigan Ross CXO Leadership Program is a blended learning experience designed for senior leaders navigating a complex and rapidly changing business world. It combines live, highly interactive online sessions with an immersive on-campus residency. The program explores various forces transforming the modern business landscape and workplaces. The curriculum balances online flexibility with face-to-face collaboration, providing practical frameworks and tools for real-world business challenges. During the on-campus residency, participants engage in simulations, case work, and interactive exercises, alongside networking opportunities with global industry leaders. The program includes sixteen live online sessions, each lasting approximately 2 hours, and a two-day on-campus intensive, totaling about 16 hours.

Why Michigan Ross?

Ross has built its reputation not on prestige alone but on a distinctive conviction that business should serve a purpose beyond profit — a philosophy it calls "action-based learning." For senior professionals, that means programs built around real problems, real decisions, and real accountability rather than lecture-hall theory. If you want a program that treats you as a practitioner, not a student, Ross is worth a close look.
