The GIBS Global Executive Development Programme (GEDP) is a transformative journey for executives operating on a global stage. It goes beyond theory to deliver strategic depth, contextual intelligence, and resilient leadership capabilities - empowering you to turn global complexity into a powerful competitive advantage. Participants will attend intensive, in-person sessions held on the GIBS campus. Between sessions, participants will engage in a business simulation challenge. Participants will work on real-world global business projects during the global module in collaboration with their peers. Each participant will receive personalised executive coaching to support their professional growth.
