About This Program

This six-week online programme equips you with the science, tools and confidence to lead creatively. In this simple, scientific, and practical course you'll learn to role model your own creative thinking, understand what drives an innovative culture and identify which levers to pull to create an environment that is most conducive to creativity and innovation. This six week blended learning course comprises four two-hour, interactive workshops via Zoom, seven hours of self-directed learning and two hours of assignments. The programme includes 4 live interactive sessions with faculty, extensive pre-recorded video content, readings, and exercises and delegates will have access to the platform for the duration of the programme. GIBS provides a dedicated Student Success Officer who will support and guide you throughout your learning journey. Upon successful completion, delegates will receive a Certificate of Competency and a digital credential to use on their LinkedIn profile.
