About This Program

For women stepping into senior leadership, the journey comes with unique challenges--navigating complex dynamics, unspoken expectations, and traditional leadership norms. Being in power is about shaping decisions, influencing outcomes, and driving meaningful change on your terms. This program challenges participants to redefine what it means to be "in power", moving beyond authority to influence, beyond position to purpose, and beyond competition to collaboration. This three-day immersive experience blends interactive learning, group coaching, and hands-on practice for a holistic and transformative journey. Through research-backed frameworks, coaching, and a strong peer network, participants will gain the confidence, strategies, and support to step fully into their leadership with clarity and intention. The program explores what being in power means to you, how to expand your leadership narrative, identify and overcome self-limiting beliefs, build strategic networks to amplify impact, and turn power into action with confidence and purpose. Being in power is about presence, influence, and action.

Why ESMT Berlin?

Founded by 25 of Germany's most powerful corporations — including Siemens, Deutsche Bank, and Deutsche Telekom — ESMT Berlin was built from the ground up to serve senior executives, not undergraduates. That origin story still shapes everything: the school is small by design, intensely focused on leadership and technology management, and sits in the heart of a city that has become Europe's most compelling laboratory for innovation, political complexity, and business reinvention.
