    About This Program

This course explores best practices for building and maintaining effective working relationships, both internal and external to the organization. Learn to identify who your stakeholders are, apply proven skills to analyze their requirements and align their expectations with organizational strategies. Create a plan to continuously influence and engage them; win their buy-in and remove roadblocks to cooperation. Manage and monitor the stakeholders to foster productive, sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships. Note: Throughout this course, we use both 'stakeholder' and 'interest-holder' to describe those whose interests intersect with organizations. While 'stakeholder' remains the most widely recognized term in industry and project management practice, we recognize the movement toward more inclusive language. This course reflects current professional standards while acknowledging the evolving conversation around terminology.
